When a formerly good truck stop goes bad and runs out of money, it either gets seized by the bank and put up for auction, or quickly sells to an Indian "businessman" who will jack up its prices, refuse to fix potholes and plumbing and make sure the lot is nice and dark for all kinds of unsavory characters to do their dirty deeds.
